Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks a DMZ Service Delivery Lead Infrastructure Engineer to drive DMZ switching, routing, and automation within the IP Network Services group. You will shape enterprise-scale infrastructure and collaborate across teams to deliver resilient, secure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of network engineering in a large enterprise.
• DMZ architecture and Cisco data center fabric expertise.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, TCP/IP, and ISP routing.
• Programming/scripting/DevOps: Python, Ansible, Terraform, JSON.
• Understanding of microservices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and APIs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted outputs with auditable results.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities in infrastructure workflows.
• Experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, migrate, and operate network perimeter DMZ switching and routing environment.
• Support and troubleshoot DMZ switching and routing designed networks.
• Deploy and maintain scripts for device pave/repave and automate day-to-day tasks.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design while validating outputs and handling sensitive data.
• Upgrade DMZ switches and routers with new code and software.
• Service Delivery troubleshooting with T3 and vendor management.
• Apply AI-assisted, reusable approaches to identify recurring issues and validate remediation, ensuring traceability and security.

As a DMZ Service Delivery Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorganChase within the the Infrastructure Platform (IP) Network Services, you apply deep knowledge of software, hardware, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. Continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge outside of your aligned domain of expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, migrate, and operate network perimeter DMZ switching and routing environment.
• Support and troubleshoot DMZ Switching and routing designed networks.
• Deploy and maintain scripts for device pave/repave and automatize day to day tasks.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Upgrade DMZ switches and routers with new code and software.
• Service Delivery troubleshooting with T3 and vendor management.
• Applies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, ensuring changes are traceable/auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of network engineering and implementation experience within a large enterprise environment
• In-depth knowledge and experience on DMZ architecture and Cisco datacenter fabric
• In-depth knowledge and experience on BGP, OSFP, EIGRP, VRF, TCP/IP, ISP routing
• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming/scripting/DevOps languages: Python, Ansible, Terraform, JSON
• Understanding of micro-services, CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, APIs
• Good communication and soft skills
• Strong work ethic with a results oriented mindset and strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with network security technologies such as firewall, proxy, and load balancer
• Experience designing and supporting internet-facing services that traverse the DMZ
• CCIE certification is a plus
• Experience working with Agile methodologies like Kanban & Scrum
• Self-Starter who can take initiative and has the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Organized and able to follow JPMC processes designed to minimize risk to the environment
