Job summary

Evolution Singapore seeks an experienced High-Speed Digital & Optical Solutions Engineer to support customers across AI datacenter, semiconductor, optical networking and high-speed interconnect technologies. The role demands deep expertise in high-speed digital design, signal integrity and validation across cutting-edge interconnects.

You will be the technical lead for 400G/800G/1.6T validation, work with cross-functional teams, and guide customers through demonstrations and design wins while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in applications engineering, validation, test engineering or solution development.
• Strong knowledge of PAM4, NRZ, SerDes, signal integrity, jitter and BER.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DCA, BERT, VNA and optical test equipment.
• Experience with optical transceivers such as QSFP-DD and OSFP.
• Strong customer-facing and technical consulting skills.
• Knowledge of IEEE, OIF, PCI-SIG, JEDEC, Ethernet or CXL standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for high-speed digital, optical communications and signal integrity.
• Support customers on validation and test solutions for 400G/800G/1.6T, SerDes, PCIe, Ethernet, InfiniBand, Silicon Photonics and CXL.
• Perform and advise on jitter, eye diagram, BER, signal integrity and compliance testing.
• Support customer evaluations, POCs, technical demonstrations and design wins.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management and R&D on customer requirements and market trends.
