Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Singapore seeks a highly experienced High-Speed Digital & Optical Solutions Engineer to drive customer success and growth across AI Datacenter, high-speed interconnect, optical networks, and advanced memory ecosystems.

You will partner with semiconductor developers, network providers, hyperscale cloud operators, and research institutions to deploy measurement solutions covering design characterization, validation, manufacturing test, and production ramp.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in applications engineering, design validation, product engineering, or solution development involving high-speed digital and/or optical technologies.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, channel characterization, and compliance methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed communication technologies including PAM4, NRZ, equalization techniques, jitter analysis, BER measurements, and channel modeling.
• Hands-on experience with optical communication systems and transceiver technologies including QSFP-DD, OSFP, OSFP-XD, and future pluggable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional technical expert for High-Speed Digital, Optical Communications, Silicon Photonics, Advanced Memory, and AI Datacenter physical-layer technologies.
• Engage with customers and executives to define innovative measurement strategies and provide technical consulting.
• Deliver solution recommendations to improve productivity, reduce risk, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Collaborate with sales to identify design opportunities and support proof-of-concept evaluations and demonstrations.
