JLL Singapore is seeking an Engineer who is passionate about driving technological innovation in our dynamic commercial real estate environment. You’ll design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that transform property management services, with responsibilities across facilities management, asset maintenance, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in facilities engineering or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Experience with CMMS and asset lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Assist Account Lead with tenant liaison activities and resolve property-related issues promptly.
• Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and adherence to security guidelines including badge processes.
• Support environmental health and safety programs, including identifying and addressing EHS concerns.
• Lead development of emergency response plans and coordinate regular EHS training for team members.
• Coordinate engineering support for critical systems including elevators and plumbing.
• Manage MRO supplies and keep tools inventory up to date.
• Monitor building efficiency metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Oversee tenant fit-out works and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
