Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production experience.
• Deep technical expertise in backend, frontend, APIs, databases, or cloud infra.
• Proven ability to design and lead large-scale systems and projects.
• Willingness to stay hands-on and code when needed.
• Ability to mentor engineers and guide teams to higher technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution of major products and initiatives.
• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across stack and infra.
• Stay hands-on with coding, prototyping, reviews, and production trouble-shooting.
• Make architectural decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear engineering plans and actions.
• Raise the bar for code quality, testing, security, observability and uptime.
• Review designs and code, providing actionable feedback to engineers.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen technical capability across the team.
• Identify risks early and address bottlenecks in architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, AI, and other teams to ship quickly.
