• Coordinate tech planning efforts across stakeholders and agencies.
• Assess techno-economic implications and policy considerations.
• Engage with vendors, consultants, academia, and government bodies.
• Develop and refresh technology prioritisation frameworks.
• Lead cross-department collaboration on technology studies.
• Support development of Operation-Technology Roadmaps (OTR).
