Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor to oversee electrical works for building construction and A&A projects from planning to completion. You will supervise workers, foremen, site supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily site activities, monitoring progress and safety, reviewing drawings and submissions, managing schedules and costs, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, site coordination and project management.
• Able to manage manpower, project schedules, costs and multiple site activities independently.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other M&E subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, costing, variations, and progress claims.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams on electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Attend site meetings and report project progress, issues, and solutions to management.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, Singapore regulations, and safety requirements.
