Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or Material Science.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly in meetings.
• Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a plus.
• Understanding NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and Fab processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical fail mechanisms.
• Operate fault isolation equipment to accurately narrow down failure defect locations.
• Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
• Establish and hypothesize potential electrical or process fail mechanisms based on detailed models and analyses.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and Global Quality teams to address defectivity issues.
• Prepare and present electrical and physical failure mechanisms weekly to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques to stay ahead of industry standards.
• Lead and guide a team of CE PYE technicians, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Coordinate maintenance and high uptime of fault isolation and PFA tools to ensure world-class operations.
