Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the implementation of the Project EEHA Execution Plan at Tuas Boulevard Yard, Singapore. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and recognized EEHA qualifications, with at least 6 years of experience in offshore oil and gas project management and electrical engineering.

The role includes organizing training programs, conducting Kick-Off Meetings with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Strong stakeholder liaison skills and safety awareness are essential. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 5:15 pm, and Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in offshore oil and gas project management.
• Experience in electrical engineering design and execution for oil and gas projects.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work in culturally diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads implementation of Project EEHA Execution Plan across all phases.
• Organizes self-verification training programs for contractors and suppliers.
• Conducts EEHA Kick-Off Meetings to clarify deliverables with suppliers.
