Job summary

HTX in Singapore seeks a senior software leader to develop and oversee digital systems that support policing operations across multiple domains, including SMS-based applications, digital registries, and Android mobile apps.

You will champion secure cloud architecture on sovereign infrastructure, ensure data integrity and interoperability, manage end-to-end projects, and guide cross‑agency collaboration under a two‑year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 5–7 years in software engineering, system architecture, or technical project management within government or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, with some experience in sovereign cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure management.
• Certifications in PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or Product Management disciplines.
• Understanding of UX design principles and mobile application usability testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SMS-based application systems for emergency response and operational deployment across SPF units.
• Drive development and enhancement of digital registry filing systems and document management solutions; ensure data integrity and workflow automation.
