Job summary

DIDI Design Consultant at D' PERCEPTION SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. will translate client vision into practical design solutions for corporate offices, ensuring functional aesthetics and timely delivery. You will develop concepts, produce drawings, and present design schemes while coordinating with stakeholders to meet project milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design required.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate office design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong conceptual design ability and space planning skills.
• Excellent coordination and technical drawing capabilities.
• Good communication and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain client requirements and conduct site surveys.
• Develop design and detailed drawings.
• Prepare design presentations including color schemes and material boards.
• Source quotes, materials, and samples.
• Prepare construction specifications and design documentation.

Job Summary

The Design Consultant plays a key role in delivering creative and functional design solutions by bridging client vision with project execution. This role requires strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines. Success in this position depends on effective communication, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Obtain client's requirement & site survey
• Develop design / detailed drawings
• Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
• Source competitive quote/materials / samples
• Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• Min 2 years' experience in designing corporate office projects
• Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint , Excel and any other design software
• Creative conceptual design ability
• Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
• Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
• Good team player and proactive
• Good communication skill for client management & presentation

Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles.
