Job summary

AGGRADE CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE LTD is seeking a capable Interior Design and Drafting professional to lead design and drafting tasks, including shop drawings for consultants. The role includes site visits and supporting quantity surveyors to contribute to project success.

You will create detailed designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, develop 3D visuals, and coordinate documentation with MS Office and MS Project. Strong communication and on-site readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting quantity surveyors and cost control tasks.
• Ability to coordinate design and drafting activities across stages.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design tasks under design director guidance.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings to consultants for approvals and progress tracking.
• Create detailed design and drafting documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Develop 3D visualizations with SketchUp for presentations and client communications.
• Document and report project information using Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking timelines with Microsoft Project.
• Support QS team with cost management and budgeting tasks.
