Job summary

PNH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Design/Drafting engineer to lead the creation of construction drawings and tender documents. You will draft ACMV, Electrical, and Fire Protection drawings, using SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for rendering, and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, with proven experience in drafting and design, and strong knowledge of local codes and accessibility

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Proven drafting/design experience with SketchUp and V-Ray rendering.
Knowledge of local building codes, zoning and accessibility.
Experience leading design teams and coordinating multiple disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize submission and construction drawings, including tender and A&A drawings.
Draft ACMV, Electrical and Fire Protection drawings.
Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for rendering.
Coordinate with site supervisors and arrange PE site visits.
Track submission approvals and prepare project reports.
Lead the design team and develop project design plans.
