Job summary

S+ARCH DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated architect/designer to support concept development, design submissions, and project documentation. You will produce detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and related software, and contribute to 3D models, renders, and presentation materials for strong design proposals.

The role involves site visits, measurements, and collaboration with consultants and contractors to ensure accurate documentation and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Exposure to AutoCAD and familiarity with design tools will be valued.
• Strong drawings, documentation, and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist architect in concept development, submissions, and project documentation.
• Produce drawings, layouts, elevations, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Contribute to 3D models, renders, and presentation collateral for design proposals.
