Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to shape multilingual LLMs for Bahasa Indonesia and regional languages. You will build datasets, drive continual pretraining, fine-tuning, and alignment, and partner with product and engineering to deploy safe, scalable LLM features for millions of users.

You will lead data pipelines, experiment with SFT/RLHF/DPO, and advance safety guardrails while staying current with AI research. Strong collaboration across teams is essential in this senior role.
