This is an opportunity to work in our intersection of Data Science, Generative AI and Agentic AI, developing intelligent solutions that improve customer experiences, automate processes and support better business decisions.

Your work will include:

Generative AI: creating AI copilots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and intelligent recommendation systems.

Machine Learning: Developing and deploying predictive models using latest ML techniques to solve complex business challenges.

Agentic AI: Exploring and implementing AI agents that automate decision‑making and enable more intelligent customer engagement.

Data Science at scale: Working with large, structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights.

AI Engineering & Innovation: Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop scalable solutions using cloud platforms, MLOps and real‑time data technologies.

Business Impact: Translating complex analytical findings into compelling data stories that influence business decisions.

Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to take on team leadership responsibilities.

What we're looking for

• 6–12 years of hands‑on Data Science experience.
• Demonstrable programming skills Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
• Practical experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP or related disciplines.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures or Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with SQL and big data technologies such as Apache Spark.
• Evidence of written communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• A curious, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
