Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Singapore to design and deliver high-performance, scalable real-time trading data solutions within the Electronic Trading Technology team. You will work with research and trading desks to push the boundaries of data engineering and automation.

The role requires strong Python or KDB expertise, hands-on AI experience, and a history of delivering analytics-driven systems in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or mathematics.
5+ years of software engineering experience in finance.
Experience delivering analytics-focused, scalable systems.
Strong Python or KDB proficiency and real-time data processing.
Familiarity with AI in development, analytics, or SDLC automation.
Knowledge of CI/CD, resiliency, and security practices.

Responsibilities

Lead technical initiatives across global analytics teams.
Design and optimize real-time data processing pipelines.
Leverage AI to enhance data engineering workflows.
Collaborate with research and trading teams worldwide.
Build tools and frameworks for quantitative research and trading.
Mentor teams and drive SDLC improvements.
