Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco focused on secure digital services and trusted networks. We seek a Lead, Cyber Exposure Specialist to develop and operate the enterprise-wide vulnerability exposure program, correlating findings with asset criticality, threat intel, and existing controls to reduce risk.

You will lead remediation efforts, coordinate with system owners and vendors, and produce actionable insights for senior management in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimally 6 years of proven experience managing zero day or critical vulnerabilities in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of cyber exposure management, vulnerability management and attack-surface principles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, MDM, CSPM tools.
• Practical experience with scripting and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the organisation’s cyber exposure management methodology.
• Maintain a consolidated view of vulnerabilities and exposure risks across environments.
• Correlate exposure data from scanners, cloud security platforms, endpoint tools and testing.
• Prioritise findings using CVSS, threat intel, asset criticality and controls.
• Produce executive reports and dashboards on exposure trends and remediation.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with evidence of vulnerability management.
