Job summary

Manpower Singapore seeks a seasoned creative marketing professional to lead end-to-end content production for campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. You will develop concepts, scripts, and visual narratives that communicate product benefits and brand messages, collaborating with Product, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams.

With 6–8 years of experience and a strong portfolio in creative marketing, you will drive asset creation, optimize campaigns based on performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in creative marketing, digital design, campaign development, video production, or multimedia content creation.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and BTL channels.
• Solid portfolio showcasing creative campaign work, digital asset development, motion graphics, and video production projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts from ideation through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of multimedia content, including campaign videos, product explainers, social-first content, digital advertisements, and customer engagement materials.
• Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and search-driven platforms.
• Produce high-quality creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, display advertisements, social media content, landing page visuals, email creatives, and out-of-home media.
