Job summary

Melior, a luxury events agency with operations in Singapore and Hong Kong, is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead creative output across events, activations, collections and campaigns.

You’ll translate the founder’s vision into consistently high‑quality work, lead concepts and pitches to senior clients, and build and develop the creative team while expanding our network of collaborators and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative roles across events, experiential, activations or production.
• Strong luxury/premium portfolio, ideally targeting UHNW audiences.
• Ability to develop big ideas, art direction, moodboards and experiential concepts.
• Strong pitch/presentation skills and ability to sell creative ideas.
• Experience building and leading creative teams.
• Strong understanding of creative delivery and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative output and standards across the group’s events, activations, collections and campaigns.
• Translate the Founder’s vision into consistently high-quality creative work.
• Lead creative concepts and pitches and sell ideas into senior clients.
