The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure proper training of staff and compliance with alcohol service and health standards. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, handle recruitment and scheduling, maintain stock, and push for creative menus to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of relevant cooking/chef experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask & work efficiently under pressure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, sourcing and stock management and ensure staff are trained.
• Lead and develop culinary and service teams.
• Plan and execute creative menus to stay competitive with local restaurants.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Open until the last customer leaves and supervise cleaning.
