Job summary

Montfort Care is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager (HPC & HPC+) to provide clinical leadership, governance and operational oversight for Home Personal Care services in the community.

You will blend hands-on nursing practice with team supervision, care coordination and quality improvement, ensuring safe, ethical and person-centred care for clients with complex needs. Location: Marine Terrace, Singapore. This senior role requires 4–6 years of nursing experience in community or eldercare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Post-basic qualification in community nursing, gerontology, palliative care or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for HPC and HPC+ clients.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and service providers.
• Support quality improvement, risk management and compliant practice.
