Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking an experienced Security Consulting professional to help customers and partners develop cloud security expertise and capabilities. You will lead security workstreams, design secure AWS solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with partners on key engagements.

The role focuses on information and cyber security management, governance, and compliance within large-scale cloud environments, with opportunities to influence security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.
• 5+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience.
• 4+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, large-scale project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical leader for customer engagements, leading security workstreams.
• Design and implement complex, scalable AWS security solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Lead internal security initiatives and develop strategic relationships with security leaders.
• Enable and engage delivery partners for secure project delivery and best practices.
• Mentor and coach to develop others in cloud security, compliance and risk management.
