Job summary

AbbVie in Singapore seeks a Pharmaceutical Technologist to lead daily Central Services (API) activities, ensuring materials are available on-time, in-full and right first time. You will manage sampling, tank farm tasks and maintain strict compliance with GMP, GDP and EHS guidelines while coaching junior team members.

You will plan shift deliverables, support QA with batch review, and drive audit readiness through rigorous housekeeping and facility fitness checks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent; 2+ years as a team leader in Manufacturing.
• GMP and GDP knowledge required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience as a trainer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Central Services activities to ensure materials are available on-time, in-full and right first time.
• Coach and mentor Pharmaceutical Technologists; escalate issues as needed.
• Plan daily shift deliverables and ensure audit-ready housekeeping and facilities.
• Work with QA to review batch records and resolve potential compliance issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and use INFOR for Central Services planning.
