Job summary

TIAN TIAN MANPOWER (PTE.) LTD. seeks a production supervisor for our central kitchen in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations on the production line, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain compliance with GMP/HACCP and FSMS.

You will lead and train staff, manage shift planning, monitor materials usage, drive efficiency, and coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams. Weekend and PH work and overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or production supervision.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS and Singapore food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them.
• Organize workflow and prepare schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees and monitor performance.
• Able to work overtime and on weekends/PH.
• Basic computer literacy for reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the central kitchen/food production line.
• Ensure consistent product quality in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP / GMP).
• Supervise, train, and manage production staff, including shift planning.
• Control raw material usage and reduce wastage to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Handle operational issues to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Must work on weekends/PH.
