Job summary

JOHN CROOKS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. on-site teams are seeking a Team Foreman to lead carpentry formwork and concrete operations. You will supervise formwork construction, reinforcement activities, and shutter making to ensure work progresses safely and to spec.

You must read and interpret drawings, calculate material quantities, and ensure SS requirements are met. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with workers, and the ability to resolve on-site issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shop drawings and architectural/structural drawings.
• Experience with timber/aluminium/steel formwork and reinforcement.
• Capable of estimating formwork materials and quantities.
• On-site supervision of formwork and concrete activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of carpenters and workers on site for formwork and concrete works.
• Ensure formwork and reinforcement comply with SS requirements.
• Read drawings and coordinate shutter making, assembly, and material quantities.
