Job summary

DCS INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead carpentry formwork and installation teams. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and coordinate trades to deliver timber structures on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, solid timber formwork knowledge, and the ability to harmonize workers from China, Bangladesh, and Myanmar into a productive group.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site carpentry formwork and installation.
• Ability to coordinate workers from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of timber formwork reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead workers for carpentry formwork and installation on site.
• Ensure timber formwork reinforcement is installed correctly.
• Compute material quantities for formwork and timber.
• Coordinate with diverse workers (China, Bangladesh, Myanmar) to work as a cohesive team.
