Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in bartending experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity.
• Able to work a 24 hour rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide food & beverage service to guests according to bar specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, brands, wines, and glassware.
• Upsell to guests and assist with event preparations as required.
• Coordinate with Captains and Service Attendants to ensure quality service.
