Job summary

FUTUREX TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to lead end-to-end delivery of banking projects, aligning with client objectives, timelines, and governance standards.

You will serve as the main liaison among consulting teams, client stakeholders, and vendors, coordinating plans, scope, schedules, and resources while driving risk management and successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role in banking.
• Proven track record in end-to-end application upgrade projects.
• Experience in managing enterprise software applications, modernization, system implementation, or upgrade initiatives.
• Experience leading end-to-end software development lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Waterfall and Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned banking projects, ensuring client objectives, timelines, and governance standards.
• Serve as the primary contact between consulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, scopes, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee sessions, and provide progress updates.
• Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment phases for quality and alignment.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to methodologies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide project team members to foster collaboration and productivity.
