Job summary

Apple is seeking an Integrations Lead Engineer to drive a core initiative transforming a custom system to a cloud platform. You will lead on-site and offshore teams, own integration design, and deliver 300+ backend integrations across the platform.

Strong Java/Spring expertise and hands-on coding are essential to sustain performance and scalability. The role requires collaboration across global teams, excellent communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to shape business processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience designing and building backend platforms/components

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a subset of Integrations.
• Recommend design/implementation approaches for security, system architecture and interfaces.
• Ensure consistent design patterns and provide technical leadership.
• Improve operational activities including monitoring, failure handling and auditing.
• Collaborate with Cloud/SaaS providers to stay aligned with industry practices.
