Job summary

Eames Consulting seeks a strategic Technical Leader to own enterprise cloud platforms across APAC, focusing on Azure cloud and cloud-native ecosystems. You will drive architecture, automation, and platform modernization while mentoring senior engineers and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD pipelines, IaC workflows, and security governance, with hands-on leadership in OCP/AKS and service meshes. Strong Azure DevOps and observability expertise is required.

Qualifications

8+ years designing and scaling enterprise cloud platforms, with Azure focus.
Advanced IaC tooling using Terraform and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Proven production background managing container orchestration (OCP/AKS).
Expert knowledge of enterprise CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Observability frameworks plus cloud networking expertise.
CIAM platforms experience (Ping Identity) is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Own architecture and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud services in Azure.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation workflows, and runbooks.
Lead platform transformation and mentor Azure Cloud architects and engineers.
Manage hybrid container ecosystems using OCP or AKS and service meshes.
Drive security, governance, cost optimization, and CIAM strategies.
