Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Avaloq professional to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the Avaloq core platform within a dynamic wealth management environment.

You will design reports, build interfaces between core banking systems, and provide production support to ensure system stability and performance. You will also mentor teams and engage stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7–9 years in IT systems development, parameterization, or application support.
• Strong expertise with Avaloq core platform and ACCP certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Avaloq Wealth modules and functionalities.
• Proven ability to lead and coach delivery-focused teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and parameterization of the Avaloq core platform to meet business needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports tailored to client and stakeholder needs.
• Build and manage interfaces between core banking systems and other banking apps.
• Provide application and production support for system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end system integration.
• Support SIT to ensure solution quality and drive delivery excellence.
• Mentor team members and translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to align requirements with platform capabilities.
