• Experience with mission-critical banking systems and batch processing environments.
• Strong focus on code quality, security, and SDLC/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using Avaloq, Oracle PL/SQL, and related technologies.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Work on mission-critical banking systems in large IT environments with batch processing and support models.
• Develop and maintain applications using Oracle PL/SQL, Avaloq scripting, and core banking platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Follow SDLC methodologies and Agile practices for efficient delivery.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Apply secure coding standards and risk controls to protect data and integrity.
• Implement unit testing and ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Utilize UNIX, SVN, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, ServiceNow, and Agile Central in development and support.
• Maintain strong knowledge of trading, payments, settlements, and corporate actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and drive technical excellence.
• Take ownership of deliverables, manage risks, and mentor team members.
