Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Avaloq professional to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the Avaloq core platform within a wealth management environment. You will design reports, build interfaces, and provide production support to ensure system stability and performance.

The role requires 7–9 years in IT systems development, ACCP certification, and strong Avaloq and Oracle skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field
7–9 years of IT systems development, parameterization, or application support
Strong Oracle and PL/SQL programming experience
Avaloq core platform experience with ACCP certification
Advanced knowledge of Avaloq Wealth modules and functionalities
Ability to lead and coach delivery-focused teams
Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and parameterization of the Avaloq core platform to meet business requirements
Design, develop, and maintain reports tailored to client and stakeholder needs
Build and manage interfaces between core banking systems and other banking applications
Provide application and production support, ensuring system stability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end system integration
Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure solution quality
Guide and mentor team members, driving delivery excellence and capability development
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
