Job summary

ResMed invites an automation leader to own and deliver complex automation workstreams across manufacturing and distribution. You will coordinate internal teams, partner with external integrators, and translate requirements into scalable deployment patterns that drive measurable business value.

Lead use-case discovery, design reviews, FAT/SAT, and handover while mentoring engineers and building repeatable deployment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• 7+ years in automation engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading automation projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation use-cases from discovery through handover and impact assessment.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical specs across PLC/HMI, SCADA, MES, WMS/WCS, and OT networks.
