Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing AI and Analytics to lead AI, automation and analytics initiatives across global manufacturing value streams. You will guide delivery from design through deployment, adoption and value realization without hands-on data science.

You will coordinate multiple squads, balance global standards with site needs, and drive measurable operational outcomes in partnership with manufacturing leadership across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading analytics, automation or AI-enabled solutions in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Coordinating multiple delivery teams across business, process, data and technology.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing value streams and operational improvement.
• Technical depth to assess feasibility, data readiness and systems integration.
• Experience with ERP, MES, IoT data or similar OT platforms.
• Delivery leadership, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience scaling solutions across sites and value streams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the portfolio and integrated roadmap for manufacturing AI and analytics solutions.
• Lead cross-functional squads to translate needs into use cases and delivery plans.
• Align capacity, sequencing, and dependencies; monitor progress and risks.
• Embed solutions into manufacturing workflows and drive adoption.
• Enable scaling across sites while balancing global standards with local needs.
• Track adoption and value and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
