Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced automation professional responsible for the safety and reliability of the computerized control system across factory operations. You will drive maintenance procedures, ensure GMP/EHS compliance, and support audits to sustain product quality and site safety.

You will also manage automation projects, coordinate with suppliers, and lead deviation investigations to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvements in production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in industrial automation or related field.
• Strong independent design, troubleshooting and optimization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance procedures to ensure safety and reliability of the control system.
• Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and support audits for the control system.
• Improve maintenance procedures to keep factory operations and product quality stable.
• Oversee automation system construction for new projects, managing budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with automation suppliers to ensure project quality and safety.
• Lead deviation investigations to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
