CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead Associate/Engineer in Cyber Security/ IT with strong cloud security experience.

You will design, implement, and manage security technologies across AWS, on-premises, and hybrid environments, lead security solution design, and supervise production rollouts. The role emphasizes incident response leadership, automation, and collaboration with vendors. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience.
• 5+ years cloud security experience, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and secure architecture.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and scripting (Python/Shell).
• Experience with enterprise security implementations and production rollouts.

Lead Associate/ Engineer (Cyber Security/ IT/ Central/ Attractive Bonus)

• Location: Central Area
• 5 Days work week
• Permanent Role
• Salary: up to $10,500 + Attractive Bonus & Benefits

Responsibility:

• Design, implement, and manage security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, PAM, IAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Vulnerability Management.
• Lead security solution design and implementation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Ensure security platforms are hardened, optimized, patched, supported, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Lead incident response and resolution of critical security events, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead POC, SIT/UAT, deployment, and production rollout of security solutions.
• Manage BAU operations and changes in line with ITSM processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and architecture diagrams.
• Mentor engineers and promote security engineering best practices.
• Support audit, compliance, risk management, and remediation activities.
• Drive automation and integration to improve security operations and scalability.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud security experience, preferably with AWS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, system hardening, and secure architecture.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise security implementations and production rollouts.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with complex enterprise environments and external vendors.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CEH, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
• Experience with APIs, scripting, automation, and security orchestration.
