Job summary

We+ seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive a global cyber program across APAC, coordinating cross-functional teams and steering committees to deliver security projects within scope and budget.

The role requires 8+ years in security-focused project delivery in an MNC, PMP or equivalent, and strong English communication with ability to engage French/Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Strong MS Office and KPI tracking skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field (Master's is a plus).
• 8+ years' experience delivering security-focused projects in an MNC (banking, consulting, or technology); banking sector experience is a plus.
• PMP certification (or equivalent); CISSP, CISM or CISA a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French and Chinese a plus.
• Proven track record of managing programs with multiple cross-regional stakeholders.
• Good knowledge (or past experiences) in cyber security activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of using AI or machine-learning techniques in cyber-security projects is an advantage.
• Adaptable communication style to different audience.
• Ability to work across multiple domains with different priorities.
• Capacity to articulate complex problem statements for decisions.
• Financial planning proficiency.
• Identifies risks, gaps and opportunities; data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global Cyber program for APAC for a portfolio of projects.
• Oversee project lifecycle phases (framing, validation, execution, transition to Run) with Global PMO.
• Relay global updates, risks and priorities during each phase.
• Coordinate resources from local/regional IT and Security teams for on-time, in-budget execution.
• Contribute to global steering activities and gather regional updates and risks.
• Prepare and present strategic updates to APAC ITP ExCo and other APAC committees.
• Handle resource and financial planning for projects including hiring/onboarding.
• Collaborate with APAC ITP and local leads to identify KPI gaps and track improvements.
• Support department initiatives (budget, tools roll-outs).
