Job summary

Howden is seeking an experienced professional to own the development of analytical products in a flexible, distributed team. You will translate senior leaders’ questions into reusable, production-ready insights and tools, collaborating across consultants, client directors and project teams.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, maintain reusable components, and help the team ship fast while keeping standards high. The role supports hybrid work with occasional office presence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytical products from brief to production used by non-technical users.
• Ability to build reusable components and libraries for cross-team use.
• Strong visualisation and storytelling with data to support executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Turn broad commercial questions into decidable analytical products.
• Own end-to-end delivery from initial discussion to production-ready tooling.
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and templates for the team.
• Ensure maintainable, well-documented outputs that others can reuse.
• Support colleagues’ technical development and code reviews.
