Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics or HR data is essential.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans and lead distributed engineering teams.
• Strong technical fluency with ability to explain engineering trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Talent analytics products: build, QA, release.
• Lead how to convert requirements into a build plan and drive global execution.
• Explain the rationale behind engineering decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
