Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior analytical scientist to lead troubleshooting investigations and oversee lab operations. You will design experiments, analyze data, and report results, while mentoring team members and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires expertise in multiple analytical platforms (HPLC, LC/GC-MS, IC, QTOF/QQQ/ICP) and strong regulatory knowledge; fluent English and Chinese are desirable for liaising with teams in China

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with relevant work experience.
• Proficient operating and maintaining HPLC, GCHS, LC/GC-MS, IC, QTOF, QQQ, ICP, UPCC and other analytics.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH, USP, EP, and Chinese Pharmacopeia.
• Experience in experimental design and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate analytical trouble shooting investigations.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and write project reports.
• Resolve lab technical issues and provide technical support.
• Lead and train team members to enhance research capabilities.
• Communicate with departments and clients to drive project progress.
• Independently manage projects and oversee lab operations.
• Stay updated on industry tech and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
