The Head (Product Management) will lead the product management team in identifying opportunities, developing, managing an array of AI and Digital products in the homeland security space while aligning with HTX’s strategic direction, reporting, and monitoring of AI initiatives that ensure public safety and

Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in information systems, computer science, business, or social sciences.
Min 5–8 years in digital product management with team leadership.
Proven track record launching and scaling products; agile, lean, and design thinking familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead the product management team across AI and digital homeland security products.
Define product strategy and roadmap for AI and digital products.
Translate strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations.
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Align HTX strategic direction and monitor AI initiatives.
