Job summary

You will work across AI, software, data and cloud engineering to design enterprise-grade AI solutions, partnering with clients to turn business challenges into scalable outcomes.

Yourobjectives

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex AI problems, shaping technical architecture, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams from idea through to production.

You’ll work across AI, software, data and cloud engineering to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, while partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to turn business problems into scalable technical outcomes.

Your experience

• Leading AI/ML solutions from POC through production and commercialisation.
• Practical hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, Hugging Face Transformers, MLFlow, Dataiku, MS Fairlearn, Google PAIR.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI tooling.
• Architecting cloud-native AI and data platforms across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Leading cross-functional teams across AI, software, data, DevOps and architecture.
• Modern software architecture, microservices, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Deploying AI solutions in complex enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Staying hands-on enough to guide engineering teams through difficult technical problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business users, vendors, and team members.
• Active engagement in the AI community taking and giving courses, following podcasts, reading books, attending meetups, and developing projects.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Google Antigravity.
