Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd is seeking a Lead AI Design Strategist to kickstart our AI design practice for CIB platforms. You will design frameworks for AI tool UX and collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to align on goals and problem statements.

You will lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, evangelise user experience, and mentor design teams to craft AI-enabled financial tools that delight coverage teams and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing products in fintech or large corporate banking domains.
• Senior-level candidate with ability to set up design frameworks and playbooks.
• Ability to collaborate with product, data science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Create frameworks and playbooks for AI tool UX across CIB platforms and services.
• Develop AI design frameworks including conversational UX, agent-based design, co-pilot interactions, automation and explainability.
• Use wireframes to express vision and secure alignment with stakeholders.
• Partner with product owner, data science and engineering to define problem statements and refine goals.
• Collaborate with AI service/product designers to strategise product design.
• Engage researchers and analytics teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership, evangelise user experience, and mentor design teams.

Job description

As Lead AI Design Strategist you will be responsible for kickstarting our Design practice in AI for CIB platforms. This means you’ll be tasked with setting up the frameworks we need to design the AI experience in our tools that will delight our coverage people and meet the goals of our Corporate and Institutional business. You will have experience designing products in domains such as fintech and or large corporate banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll create the frameworks and playbook for designing AI tools to deliver a standout user experience across CIB coverage platforms & services.
• You introduce and develop frameworks specific to AI including conversational UX, agent based design, co-pilot interactions, intelligent automation, and explainability.
• You use wireframes to express your vision and seek alignment.
• You will be a close and trusted partner to the product owner, business owner, data science teams, and engineering teams to understand their needs, goals and what makes a difference to them. As a senior candidate you will use your knowledge and skill to help them define and refine problem statements.
• You partner with our AI Service Designer and AI product designer to strategise the designs of our products.
• You frequently engage with our research, analytics and value capture teams to understand pain points and opportunities to improve the experience.
• You will use your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be hands-on. Drive, grit and the ability to evangelise the significance of user experience is an important skill for any senior team member to affect the change we’re after.
• You coach and mentor our design teams to understand how to design for AI tools.
