Job summary

Riot Games Singapore Studio seeks a Manager, 3D Character Art to lead and mentor a skilled team delivering stylized 3D character content for unannounced projects. You will set the visual bar, guide craft direction, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align with game design and art pillars.

You will drive process, review cycles, and external partnerships, while fostering a culture of excellence and ownership within the craft team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional 3D character art for games.
• 2+ years in a lead or management role providing direction and mentorship.
• Experience shipping titles with emphasis on stylized characters or cosmetics.
• Strong fundamentals in anatomy, color and form; applies PBR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of work from the 3DCharacter Art team and set excellence standards.
• Provide craft direction and mentorship across the team.
• Support 3D production across setup, production and troubleshooting.
• Balance visual quality with gameplay clarity and hands-on craft when needed.
• Manage lifecycle from onboarding to performance development.
• Foster a highly engaged, creative culture and efficient growth.
• Collaborate with AD, discipline leads, andProduction across SG/LA.
