Qualifications
- 7+ years in 3D art for games, including stylized character work.
- 2+ years in a lead role providing mentorship.
- Strong understanding of modeling and texturing fundamentals.
- Excellent communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists with feedback.
- Uphold the quality bar for League of Legends skins.
- Provide actionable feedback to artists and partner studios.
- Collaborate with the art director for artistic vision.
- Review work from studios, improving quality and efficiency.
- Manage 3D schedules with production for timely delivery.
- Contribute to style guides and quality benchmarks.
- Hands-on contribution for high-impact assets.
- Foster collaboration and learning within the team.
