Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in supply chain, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in distribution or customer service.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus and regulatory awareness is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and inventory operations across the RDC to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage 3PL relationships and performance to meet service levels and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure QA/Regulatory compliance and timely closure of CAPAs and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, and optimize inventory.
• Approve transportation and inventory-related spend and SAP access where needed.
