Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a capable leader to manage warehousing and distribution activities at the Regional Distribution Centre in Singapore. You will supervise inbound operations, inventory control, 3PL relations, and compliance to quality standards, driving efficiency and service levels.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 7+ years in supply chain, with strong leadership, data-driven mindset, and cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in warehousing or distribution.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound movements, warehouse receiving, and inventory integrity.
• Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure accurate stock flow and KPI adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost and improve service levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across RDC operations.
• Lead stakeholder forums and coordinate with regional planning and QA teams.
