Job summary

WORLDWIDE HOTELS MANAGEMENT (H) PTE. LTD. operates a large hotel group with 47 properties in Singapore. We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to manage linen processing, feeding, packing, and upkeep of the laundry area.

You will work in Tuas, in a hot environment, and support sustainability efforts while ensuring timely delivery of clean linens to各 properties. Experience in laundry operations and familiarity with AI productivity tools are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Secondary / Nitec / Higher Nitec.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in hot environments and in Tuas.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check and sort all soiled linens into the industrial washing machine.
• Feed clean linens into ironing and folding machines.
• Pack and sort clean linens for delivery to hotel properties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area.
• Report faults/abnormalities in laundry machines to the Laundry Operations Manager.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a sustainable, inclusive organisation.
• Perform other duties within reasonable scope as required.

Responsibilities

• Checking and sorting all soiled linens/laundry items into the industrial washing machine
• Feeding clean linens/laundry items into the industrial ironing and folding machines
• Packing and sorting clean linens/laundry items for delivery to the different hotel properties
• Maintain cleanliness of working area
• Report any faulty/abnormalities found in any laundry machine(s) to the Laundry Operations Manager
• Support the company's sustainability initiatives and contribute to its efforts in building a more sustainable and inclusive organisation
• Any other duties within reasonable scope as required

Job Requirement

• Secondary / Nitec / Higher Nitec

• Willing to work in hot environment and in Tuas
